Paige Noelle provides materials, photographs, images and information on this Site, in courses offered through this Site and in social media forums connected to courses (Materials).
Paige Noelle authorises you to view any course you have purchased. Where offered in a course, Paige Noelle authorises you to download and print a maximum of one copy of any handouts, course guides or other Materials contained in the course, provided you make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Materials and on any copies. You may not modify the Materials in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. You will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, licence, loan, give away, describe, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person.
You warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other online course company and you will access and use the Site and Materials (including Materials contained in any courses purchased through this Site) solely for your own personal benefit.
Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Materials and this Site.

Where Paige Noelle fails to provide a course in accordance with applicable consumer guarantees, to the extent permitted by law and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Paige Noelle’s liability to you will not exceed the cost of re-supplying the course to you or you may be entitled to seek a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
